Wedding Photography Post Production Editor

As our Post-Production Editor, you'll oversee the editing, organization, and delivery of wedding photography while coordinating outsourced video editing to ensure every client receives exceptional final products. What You'll Do Manage photography post-production from file organization through final gallery delivery.Cull, color correct, retouch, and prepare professional image galleries using Adobe Lightroom Classic and Photoshop.Coordinate with photographers and videographers to ensure timely uploads and proper file organization.Manage outsourced video editing projects, communicating expectations, revisions, and deadlines.Review wedding films, highlight reels, and photography galleries to ensure they meet Wedgewood Weddings' quality and brand standards.Design beautiful wedding albums, guest books, and other printed keepsakes.Work directly with clients on album revisions, approvals, and post-event requests.Upload and organize final galleries, videos, and albums across client delivery platforms.Maintain organized archives, backups, metadata, and long-term asset management.Partner with the Marketing team by providing curated, brand-approved photos and video assets.Assist with creative projects, image selection, and content organization.Track production timelines, monitor workloads, and provide project status updates.Ensure every client deliverable reflects the quality and experience Wedgewood Weddings is known for.Perform other duties as assigned to support the post-production team.
