Zoe Larkin Photography is hiring a full-time Wedding Photography Production Manager to join our small, established wedding photography business in Oakland, California.This is a 40-hour/week, W-2, fully in-person position combining high-volume wedding post-production, photography, and the opportunity to grow into considerably greater responsibility within the business over time.Post-production is the core of the role. You’ll be responsible for helping take our wedding galleries from RAW files through final delivery, including culling in Photo Mechanic, Lightroom editing using Imagen AI, extensive Photoshop work using generative tools, file management, backups, sneak peeks and final gallery preparation.You’ll be stepping into an established position with a fully documented workflow, detailed training materials and a comprehensive editing manual.We photograph around 100 weddings per year, approximately 70% at San Francisco City Hall. We also photograph intimate weddings, LGBTQ+ weddings and a smaller number of larger full-day celebrations. Zoe has personally photographed more than 600 weddings, and we have worked with a team of associate photographers since 2021.We’re looking for someone who:Already has solid Lightroom and Photoshop experience and understands professional photo-editing standardsHas some existing wedding photography experience and familiarity with wedding timelinesEnjoys detailed visual work and has a high tolerance for repetitive editingIs organized, reliable and capable of working independently once trainedIs confident, personable and comfortable communicating with clients and other wedding professionalsIs comfortable appearing in photos and video and being visibly associated with the Zoe Larkin Photography brandCan begin photographing weddings independently as one of our associate photographers within approximately 3-6 months, with trainingWants a stable creative career and is interested in growing with a small business over several yearsThis role works directly alongside Zoe and also involves helping with the day-to-day needs of the business as they arise. Longer term, there is potential to take on substantially greater responsibility in areas including client communication, sales, timelines, content, administration, associate coordination and business operations.Location: Oakland, CA - fully in person; remote and hybrid work are not availableSchedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week, generally 8am-4pm or 9am-5pmSalary: $55,000-$65,000 depending on experienceBenefits: 50% employer contribution toward health insurance, two weeks paid vacation, paid holidays and sick leaveWedding photography sometimes takes place during evenings and weekends; those hours will typically replace weekday working hours.#J-18808-Ljbffr
