Job duties include but are not limited to the following: Conducting appointments with the wedding couples to review their photos Excellent customer service skills Ability to gently upsell to higher end photography options Time management and computer skills are essential Extensive product knowledge to better assist the couples Guest follow up Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multi-tasking, to effectively work with other team members and customers There is no chasing leads, no cold calls, and no hard sales.
