Weekend Event Sales Team Lead – Youth Sports Photography (travel required)

This is a field-based leadership role responsible for team management, event execution, and driving on-site sales performance. Location: Based in South Carolina Travel: Weekend regional travel along the East coast required Friday-Sunday (travel expenses covered) When you're at an event, you’re responsible for both operations and revenue performance. Traveling to events in the East Coast Region (SC, NC, TN, GA, KY, FL and others) Lead and supervise a team of 2–6 event staff Manage full event setup and breakdown (tent, booth, equipment) Oversee photography flow, printing, and order fulfillment Drive sales results and coach team members in real time Engage customers and close sales directly Handle customer concerns and operational issues on-site Make fast decisions in high-volume environments Complete 1–5 hours of weekly prep work (staff confirmations, scheduling, equipment readiness) If you’re looking for a leadership role where you can directly impact revenue, coach a team, and operate independently in the field, we’d love to connect.
