Weekend Operations Lead

We're Hiring: Weekend Operations Lead (Onsite – Lafayette, LA) What You'll Do: • Serve as the primary weekend operations lead in-office (no regular travel required) • Handle inbound calls and urgent support needs from the field • Manage and direct an assistant, helping delegate tasks and maintain coverage throughout the weekend • Support and coordinate 100+ field photographers across weekend operations • Act as the bridge between weekday planning and weekend execution by resolving booking mistakes, schedule conflicts, and logistical questions in real time • Manage the editing flow: as photos come in, assign jobs to editors, track progress, and escalate priority items to help keep turnaround on pace • Capture key weekend issues and outcomes so weekday operations can improve systems and prevent repeat problems • Authority to assign and escalate editing work What We're Looking For: • Strong problem-solving skills under pressure — you can assess issues quickly and make sound decisions • Fast learner who can master internal tools and workflows quickly • Strong phone presence and clear communication that is calm, direct, and effective • Comfortable leading from a desk by prioritizing, dispatching, tracking, and making judgment calls • High computer confidence — this role is heavy on systems, tracking, and coordination • A technical background is a plus (ops systems, workflows, troubleshooting, dashboards, etc.) Compensation & Growth: • Starting Pay: $22.50/hour • $250 onboarding bonus paid after completion of your first full scheduled weekend and continued employment in the role • 30-Day Review: compensation reviewed after your first 30 days based on performance, ownership, and speed to competency • Paid training • 40 paid holiday hours annually • Long-term Growth Path: strong performers can grow into broader operations leadership roles over time, including process ownership, training and quality leadership, and expanded weekend operations support • Occasional paid travel opportunities may come up (example: California) to meet with other teams and work through operational improvements in person Work Location: In person
