This is a hands-on, in-person role for someone who can seamlessly capture and edit high-quality visual content across a wide range of settings—from podcast tapings and gym sessions to lifestyle moments, events, and public appearances.The ideal candidate is a Bitcoiner—fully aligned with the mission and message—and deeply familiar with the values, language, memes, and culture of the space. This role is perfect for someone who understands the ethos of Bitcoin and sovereignty, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and loves creating high-impact digital content across platforms. You’ll work closely with Robert to shape and execute a powerful visual narrative rooted in truth, performance, freedom, and long-term thinking.Key ResponsibilitiesCapture and edit high-quality video content for YouTube, Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok, and podcast platformsShoot polished photography, including portraits, lifestyle content, gym sessions, speaking engagements, and behind-the-scenes footageAttend in-person shoots in Miami regularly, including podcast recordings, gym sessions, public appearances, and informal momentsCollaborate directly with Robert and the creative team to produce visual content aligned with themes such as Bitcoin, mindset, sovereignty, and personal developmentCapture B-roll and vertical content optimized for Reels, Shorts, and TikTokMaintain visual consistency across all assets while elevating overall content quality through cinematic techniques and storytellingEdit clips with subtitles, callouts, and motion graphics as neededBrainstorm and pitch viral content ideas and formats proactivelyManage all media files, digital asset organization, and delivery timelines efficientlyDeliver content on tight turnarounds—sometimes same-day—based on news cycles or priority topicsRequirementsMust be a Bitcoiner – fluent in the language, culture, and philosophy of BitcoinMust be based in Miami with consistent availability for in-person shoots and collaborationProven experience as both videographer and photographer, ideally for a thought leader, podcast, personal brand, or digital media projectProficiency with tools such as Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, Lightroom, Photoshop, and similar professional editing suitesExperience with audio capture, lighting setups, and indoor/outdoor video productionStrong eye for composition, lighting, color, and emotional storytellingComfortable working solo or with a lean team to execute content end-to-endHighly organized, dependable, and adaptable to changing priorities and schedulesSelf-starter who can move quickly and independently without needing constant directionDeep passion for storytelling, freedom, sovereignty, and shaping culture through contentBonus PointsExperience working with public figures, podcasts, or long-form interview formatsFamiliarity with Web3, libertarianism, or personal development communitiesDrone operation or FPV filming skillsExperience creating content in a fast-paced, mission-driven, startup-like environmentBackground in creating viral short-form video content with proven traction #J-18808-Ljbffr
