River Recreation offers the top and most professionally taught Guide Training course in Washington State; a class in which is recommended by National Geographic Explorer (2007) as one of the nation's top guide training programs. But, importantly, we are looking for those who can bring to the river their own unique personality. River guiding is similar to entertaining as you must be able to put on your own one-man show in the boat. This is a job, or rather an enjoyment, where you can let your true self shine through while showing people all that the outdoors of Washington State has to offer. Training starts on April 17th and we have flexible scheduling depending on how much, or little you can work on the river.
