Wholesale Brand Support- Handcrafted Home Textiles Henry Handwork designs and produces handcrafted, embroidered accessories for the home. We have an international clientele of high-end boutiques that feature our evolving collection. We are seeking a Brand Support person- an individual with the energy and talent to help satisfy demand and support our next phase of business growth. Working closely with the brand manager and owner, this key position focuses on hands-on order fulfillment, customer service, operational tasks, and trade show coordination. Responsibilities include: • Order fulfillment, shipping, & receiving • Interfacing with wholesale accounts, online customers, and sales representatives • Sales outreach and follow-up • Travel at least 4 times per year to set up and execute trade shows • Assistance in the creative management of social media and brand marketing • Assist with lifestyle photoshoots • Participation in product strategy and development meetings • General office organization, cleanliness, and physical tasks (the unglamorous stuff) Our dream candidate: • Is eager to learn • Has a background in (and still enjoys!)
