Boutique family-owned and operated winery searching for a candidate who is multi-faceted and can work in tandem with ownership to become an integral part of enhancing all aspects of our business. We have an immediate, full-time opening for a dynamic, happy and energetic team player with rockstar sales & communication skills who takes their personal integrity seriously. The selected candidate will close sales and add new Wine Club Members without the guests even aware they are being sold to. You will provide winery education to our customers and Club Members so that they themselves leave as Ambassadors. This position will include weekend shifts and various events as they are scheduled throughout the year.
