Woodworking Customer Support

Lie-Nielsen Toolworks is looking to add a new member to our customer support team.This position would be full time work in our Warren office and showroom, as well as occasional travel for our Hand Tool Events and participation in our Weekend Workshops.This fast paced job includes interacting with customers via email, phone, and in person; trouble shooting issues with tools; and processing orders. Hands on woodworking experience is preferred.This position would include occasional weekends. Understanding of social media, photography, or marketing is a plus, but not required.
