Role Overview

Arkansas Rising Soccer Club is seeking a motivated Sports Photographer / Content Partner to capture game day moments across our youth programs (U3–U15).

This role is ideal for photographers looking to grow their brand within a high-volume youth sports environment.

We host 2,000+ player roster spots annually across 3 locations, giving you consistent access to a large, active community of families and teams each season.

You will be responsible for capturing photos, engaging with families, and offering accessible photo options while promoting your services on-site.

What You’ll Do

Photograph games, teams, and candid moments during game days
Edit and deliver high-quality images in a timely manner
Interact professionally with families, players, and coaches
Promote your services on-site (business cards, signage, etc.)
Maintain a consistent presence at assigned locations and times

Photo Access & Revenue Structure

We prioritize making photos accessible for families while also supporting our programs.

Photographers must choose one of the following models:

Option 1: Free Access Model

Provide families with free access to digital images
Photographer retains rights to use images for portfolio and promotion
Club receives brand exposure and on-site presence

Option 2: Revenue Share Model

Photos may be sold to families
Revenue is split 60% photographer / 40% Arkansas Rising
Photographer manages sales platform and delivery

What We’re Looking For

Sports, event, or portrait photography
Strong editing and turnaround capability
Friendly and professional with families and children
Self-motivated and reliable
Ability to manage their own workflow and schedule

Requirements

Must provide own camera and editing software
Must be available on weekends (game days)
Comfortable working outdoors in various conditions
