Youth Sports Picture Day Organizer & Photographer

• Picture Day Organizer – $150/day (up to 6 hours) • Team Photographer – $200/day (up to 6 hours) • Individual Photographer – $250/day (up to 6 hours) • We work directly with children, families, and coaches, so we’re seeking individuals who are: • Kind and gentle when working with young children • Patient and professional under pressure • Organized and efficient during busy photo days • Friendly and approachable with parents and league staff • Reliable and punctual, always showing up prepared and on time • If you enjoy creating smiles and capturing children’s proudest moments, you’ll fit right in. • On occasion, check children in by taking a reference photo with a company provided tablet before they reach photographers • Communicate with photographers to maintain the schedule Responsibilities: • Position team is a uniform manner • Capture clean, consistent team and group portraits efficiently • Keep a positive, encouraging tone when working with kids and coaches • Adjust exposure, ISO, and flash settings quickly for changing conditions • Work collaboratively with the Organizer and Lead Photographer • Maintain a calm, professional presence during high-volume events Please provide a list of equipment you have: Camera body, lenses, and flash units (speed lights and off-camera strobes).
