An established New York Design & Packaging Company in Midtown is seeking an experienced graphic designer (preferably with experience as a graphic design mentor/instructor) for a full-time, long-term position. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is able to multi-task and manage their time without losing sight of the details. Responsibilities include: -Complete designs for a wide range of communication materials and products in print, digital and video formats -Develop original artwork and/or revise presentations, publication layouts and web pages/graphics that adhere to the established corporate identity -Combine sketching and illustration with a sophisticated sense of typography, applied color, composition and visual hierarchy -Manage projects efficiently by identifying necessary resources, specifying job details, and following through until project is completed and delivered -Research and resolve all problems related to Design and Printing -Work with sales & buyers with developing orders -Teaching Degree or Certificate in Teaching Design/Production and Printing Skills preferred.
