The Sales Associate is responsible for the selling of B&H; products to customers with the goal of providing customers with a positive shopping experience to have customers become repeat customers. Sales Associates must possess adequate product knowledge and present themselves to customers in a friendly and professional manner. Essential Responsibilities: • Sell B&H; merchandise in a friendly and professional manner • During slow selling periods, check and reorganize displays to present a neat appearance. Sales Associates are expected to train at their own pace to make “slow selling periods” productive. Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: • Knowledge of B&H; policies and procedures regarding sale of merchandise • General knowledge of B&H; store operations policies and procedures outside of sale of merchandise (i.e. Store hours, holiday schedule.
